This is an innovative product in the field of mobile living. Our homes are fully functional smart dwellings with an area of up to 26 m² that can be easily transported by car. They can be used both as permanent homes and for traveling!
Transport
For C-series homes, you’ll need a vehicle with a towing capacity of at least 1.7 tons (e.g., Volkswagen Touareg, Ford Ranger). For R-series homes with an area of 13 m², a vehicle with a towing capacity of up to 2.7 tons is sufficient (e.g., Audi A6, Skoda Superb). For homes with an area of 26 m², you'll need a vehicle capable of towing up to 3.5 tons (e.g., Audi Q7, BMW X5).
Quick set up
Our homes can be set up using a mobile app in just 3-7 minutes, without the need for additional equipment (the automatic leveling system is activated, allowing you to set up the home even on uneven surfaces).
Thermal Insulation
Our homes meet the German thermal insulation standard KfW 55 for residential buildings. This makes them an ideal alternative to standard small apartments and provides comfort throughout the year.
Sound Insulation
The walls are built according to German standards and feature a high STC* rating, ensuring quiet and peace while relaxing or working.
Capacity
The standard house is designed for 2-4 people, but in the R series, we also offer the option to increase the number of beds to up to 6.

Be one of the first to see our unique product presentation at the fair. Our houses combine the mobility of a caravan with the comfort of a standard house. With a weight of up to 3.5 tons, they can be easily moved with a passenger car. They offer thermal and sound insulation on the level of a regular house, enabling year-round living. The houses are equipped with a smart home system and can be set up and taken down in just a few minutes using a mobile app.

Frequently asked questions
What are the delivery times for the motorhome?
The delivery times depend on the chosen model, interior finish options, additional features, and other factors. The minimum delivery time is 6 months after finalizing all the order details and receiving the down payment.
Can I order a motorhome instead of a trailer?
Yes, we are currently developing a motorhome based on an Iveco chassis. If you are interested, please leave a request, and we will provide you with more information.
Why did you start producing caravans first, instead of motorhomes?
The main idea behind creating the R series homes is to offer not just mobile housing, but an alternative to standard housing. For the cost of an apartment (or even less), you can get your own home where you can live year-round. Additionally, you can take it with you on vacation and enjoy your own cozy space.
What is the price of a motorhome?
The prices start at 47.000 euros gross (C series) and 97.000 euros gross (R series).
Is it possible to purchase a motorhome on credit or installment plan?
Yes, this option is available. We have a financial consultant who can assist you with this. Please contact us for more detailed information.
If I plan to use the motorhome as a permanent residence, do I need a building permit?
Please contact us for this matter, and we will provide you with the contact information of our consultant.
Is it possible to travel in the motorhome during winter?
Yes, of course. One of the main advantages of our homes is excellent thermal and sound insulation that meets German state standards for regular residential buildings. All our homes meet the KfW55 thermal insulation standard (certified by an energy efficiency expert for KfW programs).
Is there a security system or alarm in the caravan?
Yes, the caravan is equipped with a "smart home" system that includes alarm features, video surveillance, and more. This system fully monitors your home and everything happening in it: water level in the tank, turning lights on/off, appliance operation, etc.
Is there heating in the home?
Yes, small homes are heated via air conditioning, and larger models can have additional gas heating installed. Thanks to good thermal insulation (KfW55), our homes retain heat very well.
Are your homes equipped with air recovery systems, and what are they for?
Air recovery, or heat recovery, is the process of extracting heat from exhaust air to warm incoming fresh air. This helps reduce energy consumption for heating, improve air quality, and maintain a comfortable temperature with minimal heat loss.
What are the walls of the home made of?
Our homes are made from PIR material, which has 1.5 times better thermal insulation than XPS (commonly used in standard caravans). PIR is also a fire-resistant material. You can watch the video below where we compare the burning of XPS and PIR.
What is the maximum permissible weight of the motorhome?
C series homes weigh from 1.7 tons, while R series homes weigh from 2.7 tons.
What additional options are available for the motorhomes?
We offer a wide range of additional options, which you can explore in our online store.
Can I choose my own interior design?
We offer ready-made interior options and can also create a custom design specifically for you.
Is it possible to view or test-drive the caravan before purchase?
Yes, please contact us to arrange a viewing or test drive.
What is the warranty on the caravan and its components?
The warranty on our motorhomes is 5 years.
What services are provided after the sale, such as technical support or maintenance?
You can contact us in any convenient way: by phone, messenger, etc. Maintenance is carried out at one of our service centers in Frankfurt and Thuringia.
